Thank you for your question. From your photographs, it appears you might benefit from say, about a few sessions of fractional CO2 laser treatments plus subcision to the deeper scars. Subcision involves placing a needle beneath the scar to break the fibrous strands holding the depressed scars down and stimulating new collagen growth.
