Following removal of submuscular implants with no replacement the pectorals muscle is generally left intact with no injury. The muscle is generally released in the lower breast and it will not reattach however the muscle will still function to some degree. Removal of implants without explantation generally works out well for most patients.

There are different types of sutures used in facelift surgery. Over the greater auricular nerve there may be absorbable or non absorbable sutures. Your concern will likely resolve over time when the sutures relax and the nerve will recover. Let some additional time pass and your symptoms will resolve. There is no X ray or other diagnostic study to show the position of the sutures.

From you photos it does not look like a significant amount of swelling that will require additional treatment. Its possible that a small amount of blood from a local hematoma could collect from a coughing episode but appears unlikely you will need to have it removed. Continue to monitor the hardness or swelling and report back to your physician if there are any new changes. It appears you are off to a good result.

Your wish list photo is a result from woman who had much smaller breasts with no skin laxity and had a large implant placed. After pregnancy and some aging breast skin it is difficult to achieve a result like the photo you showed. Its possible with a secondary lift and some pocket manipulation you could obtain improvement. Generally at 3 months it is safe to start abdominal exercises after a tummy tuck. With the unhealed areas in your incision I would be very cautious to put any stress on the incisions because there are several areas still open. Consult your physician who performed the surgery before starting any stretching or other abdominal exercises.

In the immediate post operative period local pain around the umbilicus in the absence of severe swelling and redness is generally due to sutures placed into the muscle fascia. It is quite common to have localized pain in the areas of the suture for the first few days. If the severe pain persists then have your surgeon see you.

You have existing differences between each side currently with more aging on the unoperated right side. The surgery would require careful dissection on the radiation side but could be performed. The non radiated side will require more aggressive surgery to obtain the best symmetrical result.

At 12 weeks post op the most likely cause is an inflammatory response to the absorbable sutures around the nipple. Once the suture is removed the inflammation will resolve. It is very localized problem and healing in other area should not be effected.
