As per your body strature and your wish we can see that your breasts are huge.if you are happy with the size and just want to go for lift mastopexy is the best choice. if you want to reduce it a bit or more breast reduction is the best choice. breast reduction can reduce the breast weight as well as lift your breast to required level. yes but due to your obesity the chances of intra and post operative complications are bit high

Androgenetic alopecia usually affects frontal and crown are. It does not affect your occipital scalp. But depending on your genetics if you are a case of reverse balding you may loose some hair starting reverse from neck also. Get done your nutritional check up also. Nutritional deficiencies are the commonest cause of generlised hair loss. Minoxidil 5 is proovdn medicine for hair loss. You can add finastratide and some nutritional supplements also

As such from pic you seem to be the case for breast reduction. For how many years are you having scoliosis. Is it significant to cause pain on back? If it is not significant and your doctor confirms that your pain is due to enlarged breast there are fair chance to get insurance

We as plastic surgeon count hair transplant a surgical procedure and so its a sterile procedure any way. in india we all have been grown taking tetanus toxoid in our childhood. so it is not must to take tt injection. it depends on the surgeons concern to give the inj or not

As periaeolar incision will damage your milk ducts I shall prefer inframammry incision as choice. it will not damage your breast tissue at all. as you don’t have kids but with inframammry incision it will preserve your breast feeding capacity undisturbed. the scar of infra-mammary incisions also heal well with good surgeon.

As in pregnancy both breast are affected in similar ways by hormones but anatomically also our two parts are never same in any individual. 5 weeks time is still too early to comment on this wait for at least 3 months for final settling down as you are not breast feeding. you can check out with your plastic surgeon for possibilities of capsular contracture starting on one side
