This is a 74 year old patient Coordinator in a plastic surgery office. The patient presents for facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty. Images are before and 3 months post op. The patient complained of some functional problems including difficulty breathing through the right side of her nose and contour problems including a slight dorsal hump, nasal deviation or crooked nose, disruption of the right dorsal aesthetic line, a bulbous bifid tip and retracted ala and hanging collumella with excessive nostril show. An open septo rhinoplasty with placement of right spreader graft to correct right nasal dorsum dorsal aesthetic line , reduction of the dorsal hump, cephalic trim, tip refining sutures inter and intra domal sutures, caudal septal resection and placement of ala rim grafts.
