CoolSculpting is a great body contouring treatment. Patients typically get 2-3 treatments in the same area over time. Not everyone is a candidate for the procedure so the best thing is to have an evaluation to see how many attachments are needed.

You would have to have an in office consultation to see if you are a candidate for the procedure. Arms could be a tricky area because CoolSculpting does not tighten the skin in the treated areas. Pro-lipo and/or brachioplasty have better results. 
IF you only do CoolSculpting on the lower half of your stomach will it also help the top?

This depends if your upper and lower stomach is appropriate for CoolSculpting. Some patients have more volume on the lower abdomen than the uppers. Which would make sense why your doctor would recommend treating the bottom. After 3-4 months when the fat is reduced the stomach may be more even. It's hard to tell without any photos or evaluation the area. If you have questions regarding your treatment plan, you should follow up with your doctor about treating your whole abdomen.

CoolSculpting will not work on your neck. CoolSculpting targets fat cells and does not tighten the skin. You would benefit from a necklift. Please schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about both non-surgical and surgical options to see which procedure suits you.

If you have history of keloids, you may not be a candidate for resufacing. I would recommend having a consultation with a laser expert to evaluate if you can have resurfacing. There are alternatives to lasers.

You should have a consult with the doctor first before dissolving anything. The treatment plan could always change depending on the evaluation. You could also benefit from some more filler in your mid face, that's where we lose fat in the face first.

Have you tried lasers to improve your skin tone and texture? You should schedule a consultation with a laser provider to talk about different laser treatments. Lasers could improve your collagen and soften fine lines. Chemical Peels are great as well. They are more superficial compared to lasers so it's common to have a series of treatments. There is a little downtime with this treatment depending on the intensity.

You are a great candidate for a mommy makeover. You could have a large enough implant to avoid getting a lift. However, if you don't want to bigger than a breast lift would be better. A tummy tuck will take care of the excess skin and the belly button could be revised at the same time. You're petite already, you may not need liposuction of the flanks.

It is normal to have this reaction on the day of the halo treatment. Is this also itchy as well? Taking antihistamines and using hydrocortisone is the better to use. Steriods would be the last resort if this doesn't clear on its own.

It's very important to establish a good skin routine at home. You should  start on retinol/retin A which is applied at nighttime only. This will be part of your anti-aging routine. Redness in the skin is common and could be a genetic component. BBL or photofacials treatments could help redness redness in the skin. This is not a permanent treatment and will need maintenance. The sun and free radicals contribute to aging quicker. Wearing sunblock everyday will prevent pigmentation.
