I would agree that an in-person examination is always best (as others have said). However, based on your photos, I do not believe that you would require a mastopexy or breast lift. A breast augmentation using a dual-plane approach would allow the lower portion of your breast to achieve fullness and give you a natural appearing result. I usually advise my patients that they may have bruising and swelling and should ice the area regularly for the first 2-3 days. It will be 6 weeks before you resume sexual activity, however.
