Rhinoplasty
Jul 8, 2019
It is very important when considering Rhinoplasty that you and your surgeon are on the same page related to results.Imaging is a good way to determine the realistic results while asking questions about your procedure. If you are not pleased with the imaging you see you should ask your surgeon if further changes are realistic and possible. You can also seek a second opinion.
1 month post op rhinoplasty: my tip is too high and my nose looks hooked. Will my tip drop?
Post rhinoplasty questions
May 24, 2019
After rhinoplasty it can take a few months for all swelling to resolve.  Your tip area looks edematous so hopefully that will improve over time.  You should continue to see your physician for follow up as he should be the best resource to be sure you are healing on schedule.
After rhinoplasty is this possible silicone implant infection, if removed, does it need to be repl
Rhinoplasty question
Apr 24, 2019
Anytime a foreign body is placed in your body there is a risk of infection. It would be hard to comment if your implant is infected, but I do recommend you consult your surgeon as soon as possible to determine what treatment is needed.
Have I dislodged viable FUT grafts?
Hair grafting problem
Apr 24, 2019
On your photo it does appear a few grafts have been dislodged, but this can happen to a few grafts and most are in position and usually stabilize within  5-7 days after grafting. There is usually a redundancy of grafts and the amount that have dislodged should not affect your overall result.Good luck with your new hairline!
Non-surgical Nose Job Procedures to Reduce Nose Size?
Non Surgical Nose Surgery(Rhinoplasty)
Apr 10, 2019
A modern trend in Nose reshaping is a "non-surgical" Rhinoplasty. In fact this is really adding a filler to the nose to help an asymmetry or improve the appearance of the nose.  It certainly can accomplish mild changes to the nose without surgery, but if you want to truly change the size of the nose you should consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss your options and whether surgical or non-surgical treatment is best for you.  I would not recommend a medspa or s...

rhinoplasty results
Apr 10, 2019
Certainly I understand your frustration after rhinoplasty. You should sit down with your doctor and discuss the expected results and how long you should expect to see improvement.  It is early in your healing process and hopefully your results will improve. If not most board certified facial plastic surgeons will correct your problem for you. Good luck on your recovery.
What is the best non-surgical options to rejuvenate my eyes and/or minimize the appearance of eye
Aging around eyes
Mar 7, 2019
Thank you for your question.  Certainly there are non-surgical and surgical options for treatment of your aging around your lower eyelids. Smoothing the area with a filler can help alleviate some of the dark circles and appearance of swelling in the area. These fillers usually have a 9-12month duration and cost depends on type of filler and amount needed. In this very sensitive area I would recommend an experience board certified facial plastic surgeon who does the injection him or herself ...
Is it normal for my nose to be asymmetrical after 6 months since my surgery?
Post rhinoplasty concerns
Mar 7, 2019
Thank you for your inquiry. Rhinoplasty causes swelling after the procedure and can take a varied amount of time to completely heal. At 6 months there may be some areas that will still require complete recovery.  As long as you have trust in your surgeon and he is actively involved in your care I would follow his advice.  You can always obtain a second opinion if you have particular concerns your surgeon is not answering for you. Hope this reply helps and good luck in your recovery.
How long does it take for crown hair to grow after hair transplant?
Hair growth after grafting
Jan 31, 2019
Hair grafting with Follicular unit extraction is a very reliable procedure and has excellent results. The time period for hair growth is variable depending on your age amount of grafts and follow up treatment(ie biotin, Platelet rich plasma, laser cap) you are completing. Most patients should start seeing results within 6 months with continued growth up to a year.  The crown area is probably the most reliable and stable areas after hair grafting.
Please help! What would need take place for my nose to look symmetrical?
Asymmetry to Nose
Jan 23, 2019
Thank you for your inquiry.  Based on the limited photos you have posted, it is hard to fully evaluate your nose and tell you what the best treatment should be.  I recommend that you see a board certified facial plastic surgeon with experience in Rhinoplasty.  He or she can evaluate your issue, perform imaging and show you the changes that improve the appearance of your nose.  As far as cost, primary rhinoplasty costs depend on the area you live in and degree of treatment needed but usu...
Will under eye fillers help with these dark circles and fine lines?
Filler under eyes
Nov 21, 2018
Based on your one photo(would like to see a photo from the side), it appears you have some volume deficit in the area you are concerned about which is called a "tear trough" deformity.  This volume deficit can be improved with a filler. It is important though you be evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon to be sure what the cause of your "dark circles" are and to have an experienced injector choose the right type of filler and amount for the area you are concerned about. Hope ...

Nasal revision surgery and neck tightening options
Nov 15, 2018
Sorry to hear about your past history and that you have not had the results you hope for so far with your nose.  I would recommend consulting with a board certified facial plastic surgeon experienced in rhinoplasty revision surgery to determine the best way to correct your nose.  As far as your neck, you should consult about options on whether you are candidate for non-invasive or surgical correction.  Be sure to chose a surgeon you feel is experienced in both of these procedures.
What is the best option for my hairline?
Hair restoration options
Nov 15, 2018
Thank you for your question. There are many options for hairline restoration. You did not give your age and from the photos cannot directly see your hairline.  The options for hairline restoration include conservative measures such as biotin and topical rogaine(though this works best on the crown area of your scalp not the hairline), Platelet rich plasma injections, or Hair grafting utilizing follicular unit extraction and grafting. Depending on your age would determine which option is best ...
Is my eyelid drooping or the brow after Botox?
Eyelid droop after Botox
Oct 29, 2018
From your photos it appears you have a slight eyelid ptosis after your botox treatment. This is a side effect of the botox and should be discussed with your injector so it can be avoided by adjusting the technique.  Botox is a safe and very effective treatment but can have side effects, which can be avoided if selecting the correct physician for your procedure.
Which procedure should I get along with my chin implant a Platysmaplasty, cervicoplasty or a full
neck surgery
Oct 29, 2018
Thank you for your question. With the photos you supplied, it appears you have some skin laxity with platysma(muscle in neck) bands. Platysmaplasty with or without a neck lift would be your best option. You appear to have very little fatty tissue in your neck and should have an excellent result.  Consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to get a professional opinion.  Good luck with your procedures.
