Hi, if you are happy with your vision quality you shouldn’t get cataract surgery done if you don’t want to.
It’s a surgery with amazing results but it’s not mandatory.

Its really uncomfortable, you could use alphagan drops to keep your eyelid as open as possible, but you will have to wait, it usually goes away within the first 3/4 weeks. Next time use botox, dysport is more likely to migrate.
I’ve always had this birthmark on my eye. What is this? Is it removable?

The photo is blurry, but it looks like a mole , and if that is the case , it could be removed with a simple surgical procedure. The vision of the lazy eye cant be improved, but the strabismus could be treated either with glasses, botox or surgery, it depends on the case.

Lasik flap never heals completely, its really stable and only vulnerable to direct eye trauma, but if you try to lift the flap years or decades after surgery you will be able to, femtosecond has exactly the same clinical results.

It usually goes away, wait about a month or two, if it doesnt go away there are some treatment options. Try using artificial tears 4 to 5 times a day. I usually control my patients until a month after surgery and then 3 months after. Only then i see them the next year.

It depends on age, but mainly if you are in you late forties or more, you could be a candidate for trifocal, extended depth, or multifocal intraocular lens. Anything else would only be temporal.
Relex Smile did not treat astigmatism. Will it heal somehow?

You should see your doctor, the blurriness or double vision could be caused by dry eye, infection, etc its really important in the post op to tell your doctor about every symptom
