Indents after wearing glasses?

I advise my patients to wear glasses 4 weeks after surgery. It is okay to wear them after 4 weeks and it will not shift your implant.

Congratulations on your rhinoplasty! I hope you are enjoying your results.
As for being able to play sports, I advise my patients to do it a month after surgery. Your nose should be just as durable as your own nose after about 6 months. But you still need to be careful as it may be more complicated to fix if anything happens to your nose.

It is very common to use implants for nasal dorsum augmentation in Asia. Rib cartilage has its own risks just like implants. An implant and ear/septal cartilage for your rhinoplasty will be enough for you to achieve something close your simulated photos.

This is a common procedure performed in Asia mostly in the East where many people have this ‘Mongolian fold’. There can be some small scarring but they usually become unnoticeable over time. Scarring has never been an issue at my practice for such procedure.

I understand your frustration but your nose will keep changing its shape until it is fully healed. It takes about months to see the final shape. The angle does look a bit upturned but it can be brought down lower if you want later on. I wish you a fast recovery.

I am sorry that you are feeling worried due to the scarring from your necklift. Every skin type recovers differently. It is difficult to say that your skin is not healing well just by looking at these photos. Some may recover slower than the others and your scar tissue may be bigger. 4 weeks is actually too early to judge, so please give it sometime.
