Thank you for your interest. The best thing about CoolSculpting is there is NO down time. Patients sometimes feel some swelling, bloating, numbness and itching but nothing that would stop you from doing your normal cardio activity. Compression garments can sometimes be worn to help with tenderness if needed. These side effects if you have them usually last around 2-3 weeks normally.
If you do experience severe pain you should contact your clinic as soon as possible and let them know.
