Can you lower the medial brows with Botox just to the corrugator muscles?
High Medial Brows
Nov 15, 2019
Hello, and thank you for the question. It is possible to change the shape and the position of the eyebrows using botox. Actually lowering the medial parts of the eyebrows is easy with blocage of the frontal muscles which help to elevate the eyebrows.
The cartilage at the end of my nose sticks out under the skin, what can I do to remove this?
Visible cartilage edges
Nov 15, 2019
Hello and thanks for the question. Sometimes, following a nose surgery, the grafted or reshaped cartilages may be visible under the skin. Especially if the skin is thin, this may be a problem. A second porcedure may be needed to carve these visible cartialges, which I believe won’t be hard.
Is my deep radix difficult to correct?
Deep radix
Nov 7, 2019
Thank you for the question.
All of the problems that you addressed can be solved with a rhinoplasty. Radix can be filled (usually with cartilage collected from the septum) and hump can be reduced and nasal tip and that alas can be redefined. Only one picture is never enough to assess a nose and its relation with the other facial features. So it is not possible to give a correct estimation about the lip-nose relations.
Is Alar base reduction complicated with rhinoplasty surgery?
alar base reduction
Nov 7, 2019
Alar base reduction, if needed, can easily be performed during a rhinoplasty operation. There are different surgical techniques to address nostril deformities. All of the techniques can be performed during a rhinoplasty operation. Any surgeon familiar with rhinoplasty should be able to correct nostril deformities.
Putting right shifted implants – Any advice on what to do?
Implant Shift
Nov 1, 2019
Thank you for the question. I understand the difficulty of this situation for you. But the implant pocket can be reconstructed in a way to accommodate the implant in its natural position.
Getting BA and worried about how far apart my breasts will be. What profile would you suggest? (Photo
Gap between breasts
Nov 1, 2019
You are a very good candidate for this operation and I’m sure you will get a great result. But you must understand that the footprint of the breast can not be moved and the implant must be placed with full projection right under the nipple. So although it will improve, the gap will not be closed.
When a proper implant is chosen its dimensions are very important to avoid crossing the armpit line. With the proper dimensions this won’t be a problem.
Can I get rhinoplasty and tear trough fillers in the same session or at least same week? Or will one
Rhinplasty and filler for the same session
Oct 31, 2019
You may have it done both before or after the operation once the swelling diminishes. Having said that, the best and most accurate results will probably be achieved when it is done with no swelling.
