26 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision. Patient had bilateral breast augmentation done by a different surgeon and she presented with right breast implant rupture with migration inferiorly and laterally. She wanted her old implants (Nagar 280cc silicone implants) removed and had replaced with Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch 365cc silicone implants. She also underwent a right lateral capsulorraphy and had galaflex surgical mesh placed for reinforcement of the lateral and inferior subglandular pocker.
