39-year-old female that had a prior submuscular saline breast augmentation with style 68 HP 400cc McGhan implants inflated to 430cc on the right and 440 on the left. The patient stated that her breast would fall lateral when laying down, she also wished to be lifted and fuller at the upper poles. Following a detailed discussion of options, she elected to undergo a bilateral capsulorrhaphy, removal of saline implants and replacement with Allergan 580cc Natrelle Inspira SCX cohesive silicone gel implants and surgical mesh for tissue support.
