Thank you for your question. The size of the breast and corresponding areola is somewhat subjective in that some patients prefer slightly smaller areolar diameter. At the time of a breast augmentation a areolar reduction can also be performed usually with a periareolar incision that often times heals quite well. Thank you for your question. I would recommend waiting until you are close to your pre pregnancy weight. We tell our patients to try to be within 10 lbs of the weight they realistically can maintain. Thank you for your question. A full tummy tuck usually will remove a majority of the stretch marks from the belly button down. Stretch marks above the belly button may not be completely removed. Thank you for your question. In reviewing the photos, it appears a major reason for the appearance is intrabdominal fat or visceral fat. Neither a tummy tuck nor liposuction will remove that. Thank you for your question. If the present implants are sub muscular and a total or en bloc capsulectomy is performed, than the muscle can be sutured back down to its original position. However there may not be any difference in the strength or function of the muscle. If the implants are sub glandular than a muscle repair is usually not needed. Based upon the photos only it is difficult to determine whether you have developed scar tissue or bands, lax skin secondary to insufficient removal, or a combination of factors. Most likely a revision will be needed, but I would recommend a minimum of 6-9 months before considering and further surgery.
