It is not unusual for someone your age to benefit from a conservative upper Blepharoplasty. Your lower eyelids are perfectly fine but you do have an extra fold on your upper eyelid which is considered natural but can sometimes make the eyes look less youthful. The shape and appearance of your eyes is quite normal and you are not a candidate for upper or lower eyelid surgery. Your eyes are almond shaped and should not be altered as you could end up with a not so normal appearance. The upward slope to the shape of the eye that you are trying to achieve is not possible without significant risk. The hollowing of the under eye is not enough to add filler or fit. You are an excellent candidate for a straightforward upper Blepharoplasty which can be performed under local anesthesia to minimize cost and this should eliminate the hooded eyes and give you permanent improvement. The soft tissue (fat) in your cheeks is very important to preserve and I would advise against buccaneers fat removal. That procedure will age your face faster because the fatty tissue in your face helps delay the aging process.
