Hi. It is still too early in order to know where the final incision line will be due to the amount of swelling that you still have. Your point of view is understandable. Many physicians have not experienced a facelift themselves. But, they have performed hundreds if not thousands facelift procedures and their experience is formed by seeing the patients over and over again.The pulling and hard sensation that you express is normal from any surgery, not only facelift. I believe that both procedures will improve dramatically your facial balance. The chin implant will improve your profile as you appear to have a weak chin. The submental and neck liposuction will reduce the excess fullness that you also have and bring more definition. Position and shape of the brows can be modified by using Botox and/or fillers. Please consult with a board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon in your area for your alternatives. An in -person facial exam will be necessary in order to correctly advice you. Some of these asymmetries are caused due to different bone volume or muscle volumes on each side of the face. Some patients will have different bony configuration form one side of the face to the other. Other patients have different amounts of soft tissue. Looking at your pictures, you have a considerable amount of fat and excess skin on your submental (under the chin) area.
