The situation that you describe could be complex. Certainly, arranging follow-up with another rhinoplasty surgeon closer to your home could be possible - but the very best person to evaluate you postoperatively is the surgeon who performed your rhinoplasty. I think that any service provided by a surgeon other than the one who performed your procedure would most likely not be covered under the original fee for surgery and would need to be paid for separately.Best wishes,Brian...
