This patient has taken the nonsurgical approach to facial rejuvenation for quite some time. She has known Dr. Williams for many years and trusts his expertise. She saw him in consultation just prior to Covid when she decided traveling internationally was not going to be a viable option. Her neck and jaw line have really bothered her over the past few years as well as deep wrinkling around the mouth and on her cheeks. She has aging in that area consisting of wrinkling and furrows that have developed along the side of her mouth and along her cheeks. She underwent a lower face and neck lift as well as TCA chemical peel .
