Incontinence after five vaginal deliveries You need to have surgery not non-invasive treatments. Oh the noninvasive treatments, seek out RF not laser. VITALIA  by CYNOSURE or other electrical instruments, not Mona Lisa touch . I have both and I think you’ll be disappointed in CO2 laser. However, what you need is a urogynecology evaluation and surgical treatment. This is often covered by insurance.

To a gynecologist this is an easy question. These are hymenal remnants because there is a midline where the two sides come together. These are normal and are more obvious after labia plasty. They do not need to be removed, they are normal. I seriously doubt If this is the bladder is the structure since there is a midline designation. See your regular gynecologist.

 Everyone heals differently, and you have to wait until your surgeon (hopefully board-certified OB/GYN) gives you the OK. It might be eight weeks it might be 12 weeks. You also can have granulation tissue develop which takes longer. In the end you should be fine but you have to wait until released.

Cold urticaria risk Cooling regular skin and cooling heated skin are different. I believe bringing your skin back to normal temperature by cooling will not produce the same effect that cooling normal temperature skin would. This hasn’t been studied as far as I know so you would take your anti-histamine anyway but I believe you would be fine. Good luck

Vaginal plasty? Tightening of the vaginal canal is a surgical procedure unless a small amount is needed in which case RF technology is available. The surgery is standard OB/GYN anterior posterior repair unless it involves a prolapse and uterus. This is not difficult and is done by most gynecologist.
