A phalloplasty would be a very good option for you , which we go in and cut the ligament holding up your penis which will allow it to drop and hang about 2 inches longer . Hi thank you for your question. unfortunatly there is no procedure that will extend your penis length 5 inches , however the ligament release surgery will allow the penis to extend 2-3 inches . with both the ligament release and fat transfer that will allow girth and length and you are looking at a significant change.
