Can the tip of the nose be lowered and the philtrum be flattened?

Your nose is too much upturned. In men noses attractive nasolabial angle ( angle between your lips and lowest part your nose when looked side view) is around 90 degree. Your nasilabial angle seems to be more than 100 degree. Therefore your nose tip should be turned little downwards, contrary to generally done.
Which one is best overall and long term: preservation vs traditional?

Preservation method preserve your structures as much as possible, so if your nose is broken and asymmetric , that means there is obvious difference between right and left side of your nose especially in terms of concavities and convexities, there is no much thing to preserve and hence structural way is better. And the opposite is true for preservetion

Axis of your nose is deviated to your right side, this means your nasal bones are asymetrical, longer on the left side. It can be fixed via structural or preservation rhinoplasty method nearly completely.
