You are likely referring to the hollowed temples which makes the cheek bones (the arch specifically) have a very skeletonized (pointy) look. The question then becomes whether the procedures of temporal augmentation, cheekbone reduction or some combination thereof would be beneficial. Only computer imaging can take one through those three options to see which one looks best to you.

Facial asymmetry aside, the procedures of good value would be a sliding genioplasty and otoplasty with earlobe reduction. With preoperative computer imaging it would be helpful to see how your nose looks with those changes as your nose is not really 'quite large'....it is just the lack of any chin makes it appear so. From a facial asymmetry standpoint the sliding genioplasty can move the chin back to the midline and left cheek and jawline implants would help with the smaller left side. But...
