Thank you for your question and photos.A pocket revision and capsulorrhaphy plus Dermal matrix may be necessary on the left breast, the right breast is good. The wounds are good.Breast reduction with implants reduction and mastopexy can be other option.Wait about 3 months to reduce the edema and scars. Talk again with your plastic surgeon about treatment options.

Poland syndrome is characterized by varying degrees also compromise the pectoralis major muscle, ribs, the nipple and areola, fingers and sometimes the latissimus dorsi. Thanks for the picturesThe angle between the lip and nasal columella is very obtuse. It can be corrected by the reducing of the nasal spine(behind the lip) and sometimes the caudal septal cartilage (behind the columella). The surgery can be performed with a intraoral access or closed rhinoplasty. Sometimes may also require elongation of the upper lip by a intraoral Z-plasty.You should see a rhinoplasty specialist.

Good Morning. Thanks for the question. There will always be the risk of a new keloid scar appears on any body, also in the scar on his forehead. I suggest that the lipoma (fatty tissue deposit) to be operated from the scalp or with the help of endoscopy. The scar will be located on the scalp and will be less visible.
