out of the situations you have been through. Although I could not find your age in the text, I
can see your concerns but only with a personal evaluation, definitive recommendations can
be offered. Judging just by the picture I see the mild asymmetry in the brows and eyelids as well as some facial loss of volume. I would consider injectables
as a first approach. If that's satisfactory it may buy you...

you may consider just a lift using the old incisions with or without a
small implant. A large breast implant may be more volume than what

Thank you for your question. Sagging is multifactorial. At your age and in the
absence of pregnancy your breast tissue may be accomodating to its normality.
Some asymmetry is normal and the nipple position seems to be at or above the
inframammary fold sio it is probably not a true ptosis. Pseudoptosis may be present.
You may be a good candidate for BAM to improve the appearance. Consult with
a board-certified plastic surgeon for your best options. Best wishes.

from mild to severe. For an optimal result, an effort should be made to widen the base of the breast during augmentation. This will depend on the degree of tuberosity. Also, the type of implants to be

In general, I would advise against a facelift procedure at a young age. It will not
accelerate aging but there may not be enough anatomical signs to make it worthwhile.
A few good pictures may help our recommendations. Minimal or noninvasive procedures
