It is always difficult to make a judgment when looking at a picture and not the patient in person. That said, we judge the need for a lift on the position of the nipple-areolar complex in relation to the infra-mammary fold (other factors will also be taken into account). Looking at your pictures I can understand your concerns. However, it is too soon to see how things will settle. The breasts will change in shape over the next 3-6 months as they find their ‘new position’. Although you may not want to accept what your PS is telling you, she is quite correct – to attempt a revision now would be a very poor decision and waiting for at least 3 months is the best thing to do.

Looking at your scars, they look relatively old – how long have they been there ?
They look well matured but could be improved.
Treatments that could help include mesotherapy + PRP, ablative laser treatments or even surgical excision and meticulous resuturing.

I’m sorry to hear about your issues !
Your PS should have highlighted this risk to you as darker skin types are at much higher risk of developing this problem. In terms of helping it settle….
1) Avoid the sun – sunbathing will potentially make it worse
2) It can take up to 12 months to resolve – so give it time
3) PRP can help with pigmentation problems
Has my anatomical implant turned?

It does look as though the implant has rotated, although the deformity could be due to capsular contraction. Rotation of anatomical implants is relatively uncommon but is a recognized complication when using these implants, they also have an increased risk of BIA-ALCL due to the aggressive texturing used on them. For these reasons I do not use anatomical implants.
