Of course it is your decision but, if you really want to improve the saggines of your face, the only solution is surgical. Fillers will only fill your face like a balloon to camouflage the sagging and then, when you finally realize that you need a facelift (maybe after 10 years using fillers ) your face is completely distorted and the result will never be natural. Hi, what happened to you a very often unfortunately.
Minilift, S lift, etc., are not real facelift. They just pull from the skin and no mobile SMAS with suboptimal results.

What you need is a DEEP PLANE FACELIFT properly done for someone with specific training and experience on it. Check for specialists and go only with them if you desire a natural and long-lasting result.

It is a difficult area to treat. Probably the most difficult area in the face.
There are 2 options:
1) Camouflage with fillers. You have to do fillers every each 6-8 months, they work fine but no free of complications like bruising, lumping, etc.

2) Surgery. Fat bags removal with a tranconjuntival approach (no scar on the skin) + microfat injections (lipofilling) on the periorbital area.
