Go back to your doctor sooner if possible for an evaluation. There is a chance that you have a persistent pseudobursa in your upper abdomen which is forming a seroma. Hopefully you just have persistent post op swelling which will go away with more time. I would wear your compression garment until your doctors appointment.

You are a great candidate for a tummy tuck but to achieve an hour glass figure, you would benefit from liposuction of the waist and back. The abdominoplasty technique used should tighten the abdominal wall muscles as that will help bring in the waist line. Find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon and you should get a great result.

From examining your photo, it appears to me that the right breast just needs a lift with maybe a small implant. The left breast is more difficult since it is smaller in volume, has more ptosis, a larger areola/nipple complex, and a more constricted or tubular appearance. This breast will also need a higher lift and a little bigger implant. Achieving symmetry will be difficult for the inexperienced surgeon.

The short answer is around 6 months, but the time to perform a tummy tuck after pregnancy will vary more or less by how much weight you gained and how long you breast fed. To get the best results, ideally you should first loose your pregnancy weight. You should be through having babies, or you may need a revision with future pregnancies.

I have performed dozens of cosmetic surgeries on patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and other autoimmune diseases. You need get medical clearance from your Rheumatologist and certain medications will need to be stopped before and after surgery to insure normal wound healing. Silicone breast implants are not FDA approved for patients with autoimmune disease, but from your photograph, it doesn't appear you need implants.

It's possible to get close to your dream photograph, but it's going to require a lifestyle change on your part and many plastic surgeries. First and most important is a healthy diet eliminating refined carbohydrates to get you down to your normal weight. At that point your plastic surgeon will recommend how to safely stage your surgeries to remove all the extra skin, suction some residual fat, lift and enlarge your breasts.

I would start with an abdominoplasty, liposuction of the waistline, and a Breast augmentation. You will look so much better that you may not notice your rib cage does protrude a little. I would personally not do the rib resection as the risks of this surgery may not outweigh the benefits.

This is not an uncommon complication following a facelift. Your doctor appears to be doing everything possible and by the book--so don't "freak out", it will heal just fine, and should not affect the long term results. He may want to obtain a wound culture to be sure there is not a low grade infection preventing faster wound healing. A scar in the post auricular area can easily be revised later and won't be noticeable.

Your best and in my opinion, only, solution for your jowls is a facelift. Make sure the face is lifted in two layers, including the underlying SMAS (muscle/fascial) layer. I would recommend neck defatting and lifting as well. Fillers will only add additional volume to your face, not lift the tissues. Removing a pocket of fat in your lower cheek called "Bichat's fat pad" would give you a more sculpted appearance.

In my opinion, only a full face and neck lift will give the best possible improvement. Mini lifts give you mini results, which don't last very long, and usually don't address all the aging issues with your face/forehead/eyelids/neck. I recommend a two layer face lift including the SMAS and defatting the neck and lifting the residual excess neck skin with tightening of the anterior platysma muscle bands. Steroids to reduce swelling after facelift?

I have been using a short course of steroids--- IV Decadron during surgery and a Medrol dose pack post operatively on most of my facelifts and rhinoplasties. In my experience, a short course of steroids does more to prevent swelling than elevation, ice and everything else put together. I haven't performed a double blind study, but I have performed over 3,000 Rhinoplasties and 1,000 facelifts in the last 34 years--it makes a difference. Never had a serious reaction...

You definitely don't need a facelift, in fact you don't need fillers, lasers, or Botox. You are beautiful just the way you are, unfortunately you just don't realize it!! All the honest good doctors will turn you down and eventually, if you keep asking, you'll get botched.

You should save your money and eventually get a full face and neck lift. If this procedure is properly performed, addressing the underlying muscles, it can last 10 to 20 years. All the mini procedures, including lasers, fillers, Botox will only give you a nominal very temporary improvement and is a waste of your money.

Your skin texture appears to be a more pressing issue than loose skin. If that is the case, get a deep skin resurfacing either with the laser or dermabrasion.
You could also benefit from some fat grafting to add volume to your lips and the surrounding vertical lines.
Botox to your chin will help alleviate the chin puckering and wrinkles.
But if you want to look your very best, a revision face and neck lift is also indicated.
