A second FUE is safe in my case or it is better to try medical tt first?
Non-Invasive Medical Therapy vs Second FUE Procedure
May 7, 2020
At my clinic, we always recommend trying non-invasive medical therapies before considering the FUE hair restoration procedure. Topical Minoxidil and Finasteride (either oral or topical) are great options for someone who still has hair in their areas of concern, as they can improve density significantly for some people, and can potentially delay the need for another procedure. Another consideration to supplement Minoxidil and/or Finasteride is a procedure…
How Many FUE Grafts Would I Need to Restore my Hairline?
FUE recommendation for hairline

What you still have looks great! Keeping what you have should be part of your plan when it comes to your hair loss, but it bodes well for you that other members of your family have not progressed too far on the Norwood Classification Scale.
As for your hairline, I would recommend approximately 1500 FUE grafts to restore your hairline, as well as blend it back into the region with strong native hairs that you still have.
Losing Grafts along with scab/crisp 6-7 days post Hair Transplant (FUE). What corrective actions

What you are experiencing is normal. As your body accepts the donor follicles, over the course of the first month after the procedure, the hairs may fall out along with the scabs. By this time, the follicular root should have been taken up by the body. As time goes on, you will notice more and more of these hairs falling out. Continue with your washing regimen, and one month after your procedure, a thorough wash and massage will help many of the remaining hairs fall out. After this…
Almost 1 month post op after FUE 3500 grafts. Still a lot of redness on the donor area. Any sugge
Donor area redness
Apr 23, 2020
Some redness, or erythema, of the skin after an FUE procedure is normal, both in the donor and recipient areas. This can last from a few weeks up to 3-4 months after an FUE procedure. Continue with your post-op care and over time this redness improves significantly! The larger the case, the more likely redness is to occur.
