Dear Spoon, The only reason i can think off not to perform surgery is your YOUNG age….most often the womb needs to come out..what did the urogyne’s tell you when ask for surgery..or another medical contra indication.

a pessary is a nuisance, with anaerobic discharge and a smelly business to maintain, not a modern alternative..

It will eventually close, may be due to burn..friction..looks inflamed..do you still leak ..?
otherwise..get it in touch with surgeon, he may consider excising it under local and close it with fine stitches..if leaking has stopped. closes..within 72 hrs..
