Many patients will undergo multiple procedures at the same time (i.e. 1 anesthetic) to reduce cost and have 1 recovery period. Liposuction is commonly done with aesthetic breast surgery in fact. This can be especially helpful in certain areas such as the ones you have indicated. I will, leave request that the total and still time to less than 4 to 5 hours unless there are other concerns. Nonetheless I do believe that it is safe to perform multiple procedures at once.
