Damaged pore
Nov 20, 2023
Good afternoon:
I can appreciate the single, red pore just left of center. If it is this singular lesion you are concerned about, you can always have it excised. It would confirm/rule out presence/absence of malignancy. You would be trading a scar for the red pore. You can try topical tretinoin to help reduce the pore size globally. Best of luck!
Can I get a brow lift, blepharoplasty and ptosis repair at the same time? Do I need all 3? I woul
Eyelid procedure
Nov 20, 2023
Good afternoon:
It appears as though your brows are in good position (sitting above your orbital rim). You do appear to have blepharoptosis (low upper eyelid margin) which gives you a sleepy look. A couple of options. Firstly, you can try Upneeq (an eyedrop) to see if you like the look of the elevated lid margin. A surgery would be needed for a more permanent look. You do have a heaviness of your brow. If not already, you could start with botox injections to your corrugators to soften the…
I was conferring if I am a good candidate for a chin implant or jaw surgery?
Chin Implant
Nov 20, 2023
Good afternoon. You would definitely be a good candidate for a chin implant. An implant will NOT correct any bite disturbances (if your teeth do not line up properly such as an over bite). If it is the cosmetic underprojection of the chin alone that bothers you, an implant would be a good choice.
Best of luck!
Septal extension graft removal. How can I get a natural look and feel again?
revision rhinoplasty
Nov 20, 2023
Good afternoon. I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with your results. Without photos, it is difficult to say exactly, but it sounds like the only option to deproject your tip would be another surgery. I would recommend waiting the full 12 months before committing to another surgery. It can take a while for the sensation to fully return, and it is possible that the sensation may never return to back to baseline. Best of luck!
Would I benefit from a radix graft to help my profile?
radix graft
Oct 30, 2023
Good afternoon!
Based on the angle of the photo, it does appear that you have a low radix and could benefit from a radix graft in addition to dorsal hump take down and tip refinement to bring more balance to your nose. Best of luck!
It’s been 10 months and I still hate my nose. Is there anything else I can do?
revision rhinoplasty
Oct 23, 2023
Good afternoon,
The short answer is yes, you can make improvements in the appearance and functionality of the nose with a revision rhinoplasty. I would wait the full 12 months before entertaining another surgery. You would definitely want a surgeon experienced in revisions (each surgeon will have their own methods and techniques for addressing your concerns and no 1 way is the absolute correct way – but more surgeon experience and comfort level). If possible to get the operative report from…

revision rhinoplasty

Good afternoon.Any of the US devices do create heat, which CAN cause local tissue trauma, however a surgeon who is accustomed to using these devices can really mitigate if not eliminate the risk, so it is mostly based on surgeon experience and preference. As far as dorsal height take down, the US devices essentially “melt” away the bone, so no rasping. Osteotomies are performed in the same way, by “melting” the bone, it will wind up removing a small sliver of bone whereas in general, the…
