Basically, Deep plane is always the approach I use. There are few exceptions, and I have trained in all methods. Facelift 3.0 is all about releasing the deeper structures for better results.

Your photos are at an angle which makes it hard to judge. You need to submit true lateral shots and a front shot from far away. This allows us to see the nipple position and to decide if it is at the level of the mid humerus and if the nipple is at or above the imf.

Sorry! the best option for you is to do a lift and augmentation. If you don't lift the breasts will be heavy and low and will look odd and make you look heavy. you need a lift and that requires a scar.

I think it is ok to have two surgeries in a row, The breast augmentation should be first. Any Plastic surgeon that could do a rhinoplasty could do a breast augmentation at the same time. There are plenty of great doctors that do both and can do both at the same time. That being said it makes sense to do to breast first and then do the rhinoplasty.

You don't have a tuberous breast however you do have some level of constriction of the lower pole. Your breasts have a short distance to the imf and relative to the nipple size it isn't quite correct.

A natural shape and size is possible! You need biometric sizing with an approach to measure your breast base width and to provide an appropriate shape and size for your body. I would suggest likely 255 MPP Sientra but any where from 180-265 cc depending on the base width.

Maybe not high profile but moderate plus profile certainly. Shaped implants do not give any benefit and they potentially create complications If they rotate. I attached a scientific article supporting this concept. My advice is go with a round implant. the best way to get a lift is actually to have a lift though!
