Woman in her mid 30s treated with Breast Augmentation using saline filled implants placed under the muscle from an inframammary incision. Patient had two children which were breast fed. She was very healthy and interested in breast enhancement; possible lift and/or implants. She went from a B cup to a small D or full C depending on the bra.
