Thank you for your question. From your picture you seem to  have some healing scabs and some post treatment hyperpigmentation, or PIH. This is common in Asian, Mediterranean, and Black skin. The scabs can take a few weeks to resolve, the pigment several months. A bleaching cream can help.Best wishes.

Thank you for your question. Needle RF is proving to be more efficacious for acne scar and pore reduction than Fractionated CO2 laser treatment. Most patients require a series of treatments. As with any therapy, results vary. We have seen the best results when combines with PRP or Exosomes.

Thank you for your question. Most patients see the effect of Botox for 2-4 months. This can very from patient to patient and even in the same patient. Different areas tend to decrease in activity sooner than others. Some patients can become a "non-responder" if they develop antibodies to the drug. Switching to a competitive molecule tends to rectify that.  There also is variability in the activity level of every bottle.Best wishes!

Thank you for your question. Botox typically show effect by 72 hours after injection, and should be fully active by 2 weeks. Most patients see the benefit for 2-4 months. I have injected Botox since the early 1990's and still see many of those patients. Most people require less Botox less frequently over the years.Best wishes
