Both Dysport and Botox come as powder, the Dr. can reconstitute the product that changes the strength per unit, It is not uncommon to mix your neurotoxins the same dilution to keep it constant within an office.

Darker skin types can have skin darkening around the transplant sites post surgery. This is usually caused from inflammation.. It should fade over time to a lighter color of your normal skin, make sure to try to avoid direct sun exposure during the healing process to avoid any extra hyperpigmintation of the area.

Is it normal for one or two hair grafts to come out after a hair transplant?

Your transplanted grafts will normally shed 1-3 weeks post transplant. If you are seeing a graft 24-48 hours after then it may have been displaced by bumping the area. If it is only a few grafts I wouldn't worry about it, of course follow up with your Dr. if you have any post op concerns.

At 8 months you are probably seeing pretty close to your final result. We tell patients full growth around 1 year, If you have concerns then I'd recommend seeing your surgeon. Good Luck!

Of course it is possible that you removed some grafts when you hit your head so soon after transplant but that does not mean that you messed up the whole transplant. If you are still worried I would suggest seeing your Dr. for a follow up visit.

Do you mean the hair fell out of the grafted areas? The hair shaft shedding from the transplanted follicle is normal. The grafts coming out is not. The hair will shed and the follicle will stay in the scalp and re-grow a new hair in 6 months to 1 year. See your Dr. if you have any post op concerns.
