Labiaplasty is a cosmetic procedure to reduce the size and enhance the appearance of your labia. That surgery is not covered by insurance and will not have any effect on urinary incontinence. Surgery and other treatments for urinary incontinence are covered by insurance and sometimes can be combined with labiaplasty surgery. Be sure you go to an expert in both cosmetic genital surgery and Urogynecology so you will get the best advice and improve your chances for a good result.
