Dear questioner, to be honest – it is very difficult to tell anything concrete with those pictures. You seem to have a so called “long face” and the surgical “treatment” for this is orthognatic surgery. Your bite would be corrected and the jaws would be positioned in a balanced position proportionately to the skull and to each other. You should see an experienced orthognatic surgeon to get full analysis and advice. Best regards
Would I benefit from a chin implant? I want to improve my look and profile.

Your profile would benefit a lot from a genioplasty (bit more chin volume – especially in the anterior direction). We would suggest a genioplasty, “using” your own bone. Eventually there would also be other minimally invasive options. You should see an experienced facial surgeon to get a good and full analysis and information. Best regards
