Interested in FUE but concerned about scarring. How many grafts would I need?

Hello, Thank you for your question and uploading photos. Based on your photos, you have large shaded area and very limited donor area, which means your donor are will not let the surgeon extract the amount of grafts to cover at least 2/3 of the shaded area by FUE method. You could have combined surgery, which is FUT+FUE, however that might not be your best choice, since you are concerned about the scars.

Hello, Thank you for your question. By 18 month post-op, it is unlikely to have the transplanted follicles get damaged by PRP treatment. PRP is being injected with very fine (thin) needle, so it should not cause any damaging or scarring.

Hello, Thank you for your question. To have the hair transplant surgery with 4000 grafts you will need to pick the right place, experienced surgeon with experienced team. Hello, thank you for your question. Once you archive the final results, and all the transplanted hair has been grown, they will be just like your natural hair, even if you pull the out, they will regrow back, unless you pull out the graft, which will wont be possible.

Hello, Thank you for your question and uploading photos. Based on the photos, you are very good candidate for hair transplant procedure. As your main concern is to create new hairline and not to have M shape.With 2400-2600 grafts you will be very satisfied and will obtain very natural looking results.
