All the radiofrequency lasers have been recommended by FDA against using the terms laser "vaginal rejuvenation" since the last year. There is a reason for this change. There are a lot of "gimmick wands" I call them that take thousands of dollars of your money and don't do much for "tightening" the vagina. I believe they are a waste of money for that purpose.

Please understand that there are tons of nerve bundles and blood supply around the clitoris. Think of the clitoris as the female version of the penis, if we were to move a penis it would be extremely difficult and likely near impossible due to blood supply and innervation of the penis. Knowing that, you can understand that moving the clitoris would not be a good idea.
That being said, if you have a clitoral hood enlargement and that is affecting your...

Ahh, you would like a revision of the external vagina after childbirth. We gynecologic plastic surgery specialists can do this anytime. Please note that you can see before and afters of my patients.
We can do as little as taking out the excess hymen, vs. doing that and "tightening" inside the vagina and/or doing a procedure that makes all the external genitalia more "taut" original appearance.

I would recommend you come in for a consult or a phone consult. But I would not think a clitoral hood reduction would solve your problem. I am more inclined to recommend a perineoplasty with or without a laser vaginal rejuvenation procedure depending if you would like to tighten the vagina internally. Perineoplasty is a procedure whereas you would like to get the structure and appearance back of your external genitalia after having a child. Most OB's after a delivery don't build up the perineum to its former structure and that leads to deficiencies in appearance and structure of the labia, vagina and perineum.
