Hi!
It is fine to start working out now! Three to four weeks after vaginal surgery is fine. Please listen to your body though and don’t over do it!
Femilift side effects? 2 weeks post-op.

This a normal finding postoperatively. A small amount of blood is expected as the femilift procedure works by exfoliating the dead layer of vaginal epithelium. Nothing to worry about!
