Can I have fat transfer to breasts 2 years after breast augmentation?

To get to the point, yes, it is possible to get fat transfer to the upper part of the breast even if you had the breast implant in the past since the layer that is placed for the implant is under neath the muscle and the fat injection would be placed right below the dermis layer and it will help with adding on the volume.

This volume can be easily removed with facial liposuction, however, the line that is created besides your lips is pretty minimal, but it does look more prominent under the lighting.

From the photo provided, I would recommend you to make the chin more advanced to make the overall facial balance. However, you have an option. You can place a chin implant, but you can also try the filler or even use your own fat(fat grafting).

I would definitely recommend you to get a mammogram on your breast prior to your breast fat grafting to see if there is any event. It won’t be the information to predict the possibility of getting calcification, but it is highly recommended to see the condition of your breast prior to the surgery.

When you proceed with the liposuction, you are literally removing numbers of fat cells and grown ups do not generate new fat cells. However, if you gain a lot of weight again, the remaining fat cells which is impossible to remove completely from your body, their size would get bigger which result in the size change of your body.
