This 21 year old male patient had ear guage piercings in for 2 years and wished to restore the natural contour to his earlobes. This procedure is done under local anesthetic and takes about 1 hour to do both sides. Although the repair looks simple, to get natural results after the ear has been stretched this much takes careful planning and artistry.
