You can do hair transplant within 2 weeks of PRK, whether before or after is ok. It takes around 4 days for the hair roots to be cemented in.

If you stop scratching, then the scalp can heal and hair will regrow. It takes 12-18 months for full hair growth from hair transplant surgery. The itchiness maybe due to ingrown hair or newly sprout hair? Its best not scratch.
