Ultherapy (the fire) is intended to help tighten the skin after Cool Mini. But this may not be needed as there is some clinical evidence to suggest that Cool Mini actually helps to tighten the skin in many cases.

I would say that you are not going to see a significant improvement with those treatments. I would save your money. You are going to need to see a facial plastic surgeon in order to get something done that will definitively improve the atrophic soft tissue changes seen.

It is unlikely since the muscle is quite deep to the skin and subcutaneous tissue layers, which are targeted by the microcurrent facial technique. It is very unlikely that the Botox lasts that long. In a great majority of cases, it will dissipate over 3-6 months for masseter muscle treatment.

From the limited view provided, it is really hard to tell, actually. It doesn't jump out at me that you need fillers for volume deficiency. And Botox does not look like it is indicated in this view. Facials and routine skin maintenance by an esthetician is always a nice touch to help in terms of anti-aging.
