It appears that you are liiking at normal/ residal hymen. It appears more prominent in your case, but is not abnorml. It certainly could be excised, even in the office under local anesthesia. Your clitoral hood appears normal. Your labia majora may have less fat than average, but are normal.

You should have a gyn exam to reassure you that all is well. Probably ther was a minor laceration which will not put in doubt your virignity.

Your hymen is best visualized in the first photo. It is the membrane surrounding the opening. There appears to be a small laceration at 5:00 and some loss of integrity from 10 – 2:00. What matters most is what the effective diameter of the opening is. If the diameter is smaller than 2 cm, you should have bleeding with first intercourse. Only an exam will answer that question.

I agree that this is a very minor surgical procedure. It can likely be performed under local anesthesia in ths office.

Repairing your hymen is a quick office procedure with negligible recovery. There is no significant risk, but activity such as vigorous exercise should be avoided for a couple of weeks.

The clitoris may not get smaller. High testosterone levels lead to enlarged clitoris, and this is likely to be permanent. The vaginal opening at rest is best repaired surgically.
