Thank you for your question.  You could benefit from a breast lift without implants.  Some breast lifts allow for a rearrangement of natural breast tissue to give a pleasing fullness to the upper portion of the breasts.  Since you have plenty of your own natural volume this would make sense for you.  In terms of when to do the surgery, it all comes down to how important breast feeding is to you.  Any breast lift technique has the potential to diminish the ability to breast feed.  Best of luck

Thanks for your question.  From your pictures it does not appear that you have tuberous breasts.  Some people have breasts that are ptotic (which simply means settled or droopy) ever since their breasts begin to develop.  The good news is that your breasts should respond well to a breast lift.  There are many types of breast lifts. Thanks for your question.  From your picture it appears there could be several possible explanations for the differences between your breasts.  Part of the difference may be that there was an asymmetry of breast contour before the surgery.  If one breast had a greater degree of overhang than the other before you had your surgery, this can be very difficult to correct with implants alone.  It all comes down to a detailed physical exam and thorough discussion with your surgeon.  Best of luck

Thanks for your question.  If the implants are soft and movable, it is more likely that an elastic band at the upper portion will help to move them to a lower position.  If the implants are firm and do not move well there may be a capsular contracture, which reduces the probability of success.  Sometimes it helps to have a massage therapist or physical therapist who is experienced with implant exercises help get the process going.  Best of luck.
