From the photos, you have grade 2 ptosis.  A wise pattern or possibly a vertical mastopexy would be your best options.  To maintain upper breast fullness, consider a small implant as well.  Discuss with your board certified plastic surgeon and good luck.

The diastasis or muscle separation of the rectus muscles is repaired using sutures during a tummy tuck.  The covering around the muscles is sewn together, bringing the muscles together.  This prevents damage to the muscle.  Therefore the function should not be altered
I have diastasis recti as well as ventral hernia. Need those repaired along with tt/breast done.

In general,  a ventral hernia and diastasis recti can be repaired during the tummy tuck as part of a mommy makeover.  Sometimes the plastic surgeon can repair the hernia and other times a general surgeon is needed.  You will probably need pre-operative evaluation that will include a study such as a CAT scan to assess the hernia prior to the surgery.  Discuss with your Plastic surgeon and good luck

   Post-operative swelling  can make the results of your liposuction look different between the day of surgery and one week.  It often takes several months to see what the area will look like after liposuction of the abdomen.  Be patient and don't worry about changes within the first few weeks after liposuction, but communicate your concerns with your plastic surgeon.  good luck

I am unaware of any study or clinical evidence that relates the rupture rate of an implant to your physical size.  If the cavity created for the implant is too small for the implant, this could increase the rupture rate, especially if the implant is forced into the smaller space.  Otherwise, your physical size would generally not be a factor in implant rupture rates with a larger implant.

With your history and from your photos, you would be best served by  an open rhinoplasty, possibly also addressing your nasal septum.  It is likely that your crooked nose will require straightening your nasal septum and correcting the nasal bone position.  Along with this, a rhinoplasty will address your nasal tip concerns.  Discuss with your surgeon and good luck.

From the one photo provided, it is very difficult to comment on the implant position.  If you could provide pre-operative photos and a few recent views, then an opinion could be given.

  A facelift should look natural, but many surgeons do not achieve this result for various reasons.  The best way to determine if your plastic surgeon would give you the natural look that you desire is to review his/her before and after photos.  That way, you will be able to see what your surgeon thinks is a natural outcome after a facelift.  So, do you homework and you can get the result you want from plastic surgeon.  Good luck.

From the photos provided, it appears that your arms would get the best result from a combination of liposuction and brachioplasty.   You need the extra hanging tissue removed and the fat volume reduced for the best result.   Liposuction alone will not address the extra hanging tissue, and brachioplasty alone will not address the excess fat volume.  Discuss with your plastic surgeon and good luck

From your photos, you appear to have a small area of bruising (ecchymosis) under your breasts.  If your plastic surgeon determines that there is a small fluid collection associated with it, it is a save option to leave it alone and let your body resorb it.  Your body commonly does this with bruising in other areas of your body and will do the same with your breasts.

There is no contraindication to having natural child birth after having a rhinoplasty.  Cosmetic surgery should not be performed during your pregnancy, but otherwise it is ok.
