Optimal wound closure technique and post-operative scar care will give you a flat, thin, barely noticeable scar. I recommend getting an evaluation by a board-cerified facial plastic or plastic surgeon specializing in scar management.

80 units in the forehead area is too high. Your doctor should try to find the lowest dose of Botox that is effective for you. He/she may also be referring to forehead and glabella together, but even then - the number is still too high. The doctor may also be using Botox at a different dilution. The best thing to do if you like the doctor would be to clarify why the number of units is so high or get a second opinion from another physician for comparison.

Facelift is a procedure to lift tissues that have descended with aging and does not do anything to restore volume unless fat grafting is performed in conjunction with it. It is unusual to need a facelift at 30. If you are developing prominent nasolabial folds, dermal fillers are the relatively non-invasive procedure to soften the folds for a more youthful appearance. If you want a more permanent correction, you may want to consider fat injections.
