Dear Kandy,
5 hours for cosmetic surgery is not necessarily too much time to complete these procedures under a lighter anesthesia if you are in good health. In our practice, our board certified physician anesthesiologists perform both sedation and general anesthesia often for combined cosmetic procedures.
