There are many factors that can change the amount of filler you will need. Often we use 1-2 per side. If your injector is using a deep injection technique you will need more than a superficial technique with a cannula. Radiesse is not a filler we use in our practice in this area as it is not as safe as an HA filler. Best of luck to you.

While a neck lift will most likely give you the best results, there are many non surgical options on the market that can help with skin laxity in the lower face and neck. If it is still there after 2 weeks you should follow up with your injector. Often it is a bruise or blood in the lip. Gentle massage can help; be sure to check with your injector before doing this. Best of luck.

Why isn’t Juvederm Ultra Plus XC used for cheeks more often?

The choice for filler is dependent on the patient. There is no one answer for filler, or where it should be placed. Ultra Plus doesn't last as long as Voluma and is often lost below the cheek muscle and fat pads, while Voluma has a higher G prime and provides much more lift.
Juvederm and dental cleaning?

Thank you for your question. On darker skin types we prefer the use of RF microneedling. Halo can be done, but it's difficult to treat darker skin types with aggressive settings so you need to do it many times. Best of luck to you.

I agree with my colleagues below. It appears that your provider over lapped the middle portion. Looking at your settings they are on the high side for chest to start with. Over time the redness will fade. Continue to protect it from the sun. I also, like the Sente Dermal Repair for redness. Best of luck!

I'm so sorry you had to go through this. I recommend following up with your provider or a board certified Dermatologist. Your skin post HALO/BBL on day one is not common. We do these treatments very frequently have not seen this type of results. Best of luck to you.

We ask that our patients stay out of the sun for 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after their laser treatment. If you do go out zinc/titanium sunscreen and hats are a must. I'd recommend waiting 2 weeks after a sun tan to have your HALO treatment. Be sure to use proper sun protection after your treatment. Best of luck to you!
I am on blood thinners and 80 mg aspirin. Will IPL bruise me?

Any time you are on blood thinners you are more likely to bruise. That being said, bruising is not a common side affect of IPL. The light/heat does not break the dermis, thus unlikely to bruise. Please be sure to let your provider know all the medications you are taking. Best of luck to you!

You should follow up with your injector. The Spock brows can easily be fixed but it looks to me as though the botox injected in to the frown lines was injected in to the frontalis and not the corregator and thus dropped the medial brow. There are advanced techniques to attempt to fix this- but it's difficult once the frontalis is over injected. Be sure to see an experienced injector.
